Returns Policy


Here at Peninsula Eyewear we want you to be 100% happy with your sunglasses and us.  We want you to spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues about our sunglasses.

This is why we want to make your experience as hassle free as possible, including when it comes to any returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges - Gibraltar

If for any reason you would like to return your sunglasses, you may do so within 14 days from the day of purchase.

Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged.

To begin the returns process please go to our Returns Centre and follow the on screen instructions.

  1. Please pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box or sleeve the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  2. Once we recive the request we will contact you to arrange collection from your preferred collection point.
  3. You will recieve a confirmation email from us once we have the item back and you should recieved the refund within 10-14 working days.
